HeartLands Conservancy, a nonprofit land conservation trust serving southern Illinois seeks an Operations Coordinator to assist with the coordination of our busy and growing operations in Belleville, Illinois. 

Position Summary

The Operations Coordinator is a new position that will ensure smooth and efficient operation of the organization’s dynamic office through supplies management; phone system management, including phone receptionist duties; visitor greeting; minute-taking at meetings; meeting planning and logistics; event planning and logistics; direct administrative support of the Senior Management Team (President & CEO, Vice-President, Director of Donor Relations and Director of Finance & Administration) including the processing of donations; and other general administrative duties as assigned.  

The successful applicant will demonstrate prior administrative success and will be highly attentive to detail, strategic, well-organized, able to work independently, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative.
