About This Plan

The Madison County Stormwater Commission faces many challenges, both present and future. Stormwater issues within municipalities and townships vary greatly, spanning from farmland to vibrant towns and outlying communities. These challenges include large river concerns, leveed bottomlands, and upland water quality.

HeartLands has partnered with the County and the Commission to create a stormwater management master plan.
